Wedding Coverage
We will start our coverage with editorial photographs of the pre- wedding activities beginning in the dressing room with the Bride and Bridesmaids, then continue with the Groom and the Guys. We then move to portraiture of the wedding party and family groups, followed by an intimate hour with the Bride and Groom.
The wedding ceremony itself will generally be shot in Black and White with natural light for realism and to protect the integrity and the intimacy of the ceremonial proceedings. Colleen will have a second photographer with her to have 2 perspectives taken of the ceremony.
Coverage extends to the reception with our second photographer to capture images depicting the final stages of this most momentous day.
Most importantly, to fully guarantee that your vision and artistic approach to your wedding is realized, we include a prior personal consultation allowing us to tailor our photography to your individual requirements.
Wedding Photography - An experienced Associate Photographer's rate is $2350.00.
For Colleen Cahill to personally shoot your wedding the rate is $2750.00.
Includes:
An average of 6 hours of photography.
A proofing album with approximately 300 images from your wedding day.
A digital CD at full resolution of the images included in your proofing album.
These images are in the original capture format– No color balancing, no retouching and no cropping have been done. Retouching available at a rate of $55.00 per image.
*We do not take responsibility for the quality of your final output when printed outside our professional studio.
A Pre-Bridal or Engagement session is included with your wedding booking. This session includes one outfit and one retouched image burned to a CD for usage such as invitations or newspaper announcements. We will also include all images from this shoot on your wedding CD.
Pricing Details
Retainer
A $800.00 deposit is required to reserve our services for your wedding day and will be applied toward your total charges. This fee is non- refundable if you change the date or cancel. Balance is due 2 weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Extended Coverage
Additional photographic services billed out at $150.00 per hour. Amount to be determined upon request.
Location fee
$250.00 if outside greater Portland area.
Photo Orders
50% of total due at the time order is placed. Balance due upon final delivery.
Invitations and Thank you Photos
$1.25 each with 100 minimum quantity ordered from the same image.
